Cancellation and Payment Policy
Full pre-payment is required to guarantee and secure your booking.
Cancellations and Modifications
No penalty will apply for cancellations or modifications made prior to arrival, according to the following notice periods:
- Up to 4 players: 15 days’ notice
- 5-23 players: 30 days’ notice
- 24 players or more: will be reviewed on a "booking to booking" basis
No-shows, early departures, and cancellations or modifications requested after this period will incur the full charge
Important Information
There are no refunds due to delayed or cancelled flights and personal injuries. Travel insurance is recommended.
