When will the resort be re-opening?
Our golf facility will commence with a soft re-opening from the 11th of May 2020.
Our Academy Café re-opened with social distancing measures in place on the 25th of May 2020.
Accommodation and other leisure facilities will re-open from the 1st of July 2020.
I have made a reservation directly with Monte Rei for booked services before the 1st of July?
If your reservation is made directly with Monte Rei you should have already been contacted, please note this may have been to the lead person of the booking and via email. I have received notification from Monte Rei that my reservation is cancelled, what are my options?

I have made a reservation through a 3rd party travel company for booked services at Monte Rei for travel prior to the 1st of July, what happens now?
If your reservation has been made through a 3rd party travel company we can assure you they have been notified of our temporary closure and all options available to you. Please do contact the operator who made your reservation for the full information available.
I will be hosting or am a guest at a future event in 2020 at Monte Rei (Events cover – weddings, corporate events, golf tournaments or any reservation with more than 3 accommodation units or 16 golfers inside the same booking) will the event still go ahead?
All future events are still going ahead as planned, our dedicated Events Team are ensuring the event management is still progressing and liaising with event organisers. The resort management are monitoring if anything is contradicting government guidelines and will update the team if there are any concerns.
I have a future booking after the 1st of July 2020 is my reservation still valid?
