This building density is established by law under the planning permission granted to Monte Rei Golf & Country Club.
To ensure that Monte Rei continues to set standards that other developments can only aspire to, we intend to add extra facilities as the development grows - whilst still ensuring that the balance between the natural, unspoilt landscape and building area remains the same.
