Mailing of monthly statements, payment of bills, weekly visits to the villa, cleaning and maintenance as per owner’s instructions, checking of house utilities prior to arrival and after departure.

Twice weekly visits by gardening team and supervisor inspection; chemical treatment, tree pruning and stacking; maintenance of grass areas (cutting, fertilizing, aeration, etc); general cleaning and tidying.
Property Swimming Pool Maintenance Service
Twice weekly visits to clean water surface, steps, diving boards and pool edge, and sweeping of pool decks.
Property Alarm Monitoring
Installation of communicators and connection to our security company central system (24 hours), including on going property monitoring and on site inspection by mobile team in the event of a particular alarm being activated.
Property Villa Rentals
Monte Rei Property Management Services will organize and market the rental of your property while you are away, looking after all the details and ensuring your property is properly looked after whilst maximizing the return on your investment.

Under the guidance of Chef Jaime Perez, we can customize your event according to your needs or simply order A La Carte from our In-Villa Dining menu and it will be served in your residence at the requested time. Alternatively, a complete market list is available and we can stock your fridge and pantry according to your wishes.
