These Portuguese villas are designed specifically to provide maximum exposure to the warm Algarvean sun on a North facing plot. Each has four spacious bedrooms and four luxurious bathrooms - as well as extensive gardens and terraces and their own swimming pool. The overall size of each villa is approximately 410m2.
Designed to appeal to people who appreciate their own space and the natural world that surrounds us, this Portuguese twin villa concept was developed specifically to help us position the house so that the garden area available on an average size plot compares favourably with much larger traditional plots. This concept also delivers a greater level of privacy, further enhanced by the topography, which ensures that the villas are at different levels.
Each pair of these individual homes in Portugal will be designed and built in exactly the same way - to create an identical pair. So, if you buy the first one, you can select the style you prefer and the adjoining one will be built to match.
