Situated in highly desirable locations around the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses in Portugal are a number of exclusive villa plots. Plots range from approximately 2000m2 to over 7000m2, and each location has been carefully chosen to offer not only spectacular views across the golf course and beyond, but also ensure the complete privacy and security you’d expect from a development of this quality.
The design of your villa will be entirely up to you, but all designs will be subject to approval, to ensure the investment you make in your villa will not be affected by designs not in keeping with the residents’ standards. These villa plots represent a unique investment opportunity, and all property owners will have the option to buy golf membership on preferential terms, which can be passed on with the property in Portugal should they decide to sell.
Villa plots are available at Loteamento do Golfe, northwest of the Golf Clubhouse, in an exclusive enclave at Casa do Campo just a short walk to the east of it, and overlooking the lake and Clubhouse at Monte das Oliveiras, between fairways 17 and 18.
